When should I schedule the move-out clean?
After your stuff is out and before the landlord walk-through or buyer's closing inspection. Most customers schedule a single business day window 24–72 hours before keys are handed over.
How long does a move-out cleaning take?
Most empty Spokane homes take 5–9 hours with a 2- or 3-person crew. Larger homes or homes that haven't been deep-cleaned in a long time can take a full 8–10 hour day.
Will the landlord pass us on the walk-through?
That's the bar we work to. Our 48-hour re-clean guarantee was written specifically for landlord walk-throughs. If anything gets flagged, we come back at no charge to address it. We've been delivering Spokane move-outs since 2002.
Is move-in cleaning different from move-out?
Same scope, different motivation. Move-in customers want a place that doesn't feel like the previous owner's. Move-out customers want the deposit back. Same checklist, both ways.
