Most Spokane offices fall in the $0.08–$0.18 per sq ft per visit range. We send a written estimate before contract; final quote depends on hours, scope, and consumables setup.

What types of commercial spaces do you clean?
Offices, medical and dental clinics, retail spaces, fitness studios, faith communities, and post-construction handovers across Spokane and Spokane Valley. We don't do industrial / heavy manufacturing. That's a different specialization.
When do you clean, before or after business hours?
After-hours is default. We can also do early-morning before opening. Mid-day cleans are possible but rare; we typically schedule the cadence around your operating hours so customers / patients / staff don't see us at all.
Are your crews insured for commercial work?
Yes. Full general liability + fidelity bonds + Workers' Comp coverage. We can add named insureds and provide certificate of insurance (COI) before contract signing.
Do you sign annual contracts?
We use 30-day rolling agreements rather than annual contracts. Either party can adjust scope or end the agreement with 30 days notice. We don't lock customers in. The relationship has to keep earning itself.
How is commercial pricing structured?
Square footage and frequency drive the rate. Most office accounts in Spokane fall between $0.08 and $0.18 per square foot per visit, with frequency typically 2–5x per week. Quote in writing before the contract.
Do you handle restroom supplies, trash liners, and consumables?
We can. Either we provide them and pass-through cost monthly, or we use what your facilities team stocks. Whichever fits your AP setup.
