Service Area · Mead, WA
Cleaning Mead homes since 2002.
North-side family homes from Wandermere to Hastings. Bi-weekly recurring is the most common cadence here, and the recurring tenure runs long.
Why we clean here
North Spokane families, long recurring tenure.
Mead is a quintessentially family-oriented Spokane suburb. The Mead School District is one of the strongest in the metro and the housing stock reflects it. Most homes are 1990s and 2000s single-family two-story with attached two-car garages. Hastings and Wandermere have older 1980s and earlier housing with the occasional pre-1980 farmhouse.
Bi-weekly is the dominant cadence here. Mead families with kids, dogs, and busy weeknights settle into recurring bi-weekly faster than any other Spokane-area suburb in our data. Once a Mead family is on the route, they tend to stay for years. Some of our longest-tenured recurring customers (10+ years) live in Mead.
Wildfire smoke season hits Mead harder than the city. The north-side topography traps smoke through August and early September. Our crew adjusts the HEPA-filter rotation and the dust-and-vent pass during those weeks, same per-visit price, more time on filtration tasks.

Owner answers the phone. That is not a sentence I have written about a service company in 20 years. We had a small issue after a clean, called, owner picked up, crew was back the next day at no charge. That's the company.

Mead · FAQ
Mead homeowner questions.
Do you serve all of Mead?
Yes: from the Wandermere golf course area through the Hastings Road corridor and into the newer subdivisions toward the Mead School District boundary. We dispatch from Spokane and run weekly recurring routes through every major Mead artery.
Are Mead prices the same as Spokane proper?
Yes. No mileage charge, no zip-code multiplier. The drive is built into the route schedule, not your invoice.
How is Mead different from Spokane Valley?
Different mix. Mead is a family-oriented north-side suburb. Bi-weekly is the most common cadence, and the recurring tenure tends to be long. Spokane Valley has more move-in/move-out volume because of the higher transient buyer pool.
Can you handle properties out toward Hastings?
Yes. Hastings is on the route. Older Hastings-area homes (some pre-1990) get the heritage-home approach we developed in South Hill: gentle on original wood, careful around plaster.
How quickly can you start?
First-time Mead estimates turn around in a business day; first cleanings schedule within 5 business days. Recurring slots are permanent: same day-and-time stays yours.
