Where we clean

Recurring routes across Spokane.

Most Spokane neighborhoods are reachable on the same week as your call. Drive time is built into the route, not the price.

Frontline has cleaned our place every two weeks for nine years. Same two cleaners almost the whole time. They know our dog by name. The house always feels like 'someone who cares' was just there.

House cleaning · FAQ

Questions Spokane homeowners ask.

What's included in standard house cleaning?

All standard rooms (kitchen, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms): surfaces dusted, floors vacuumed and mopped, kitchen and bathroom hand-cleaned, trash emptied. Recurring service keeps the home at this standard between visits without needing the deep clean every time.

How long does a standard cleaning take?

Most Spokane homes take 2–4 hours with a 2-person crew. Larger homes (3,000+ sq ft) can take 4–5. The first cleaning typically runs longer because the team is learning your home.

Do I have to be home during the cleaning?

No. Most recurring customers give us a key, alarm code, or garage code and we let ourselves in. Whatever's most comfortable for you. The same assigned crew handles access on every visit.

Can I have the same cleaner each visit?

Yes. That's the default. Frontline assigns each customer a primary 2-person team and keeps them with you as long as they're with us. If your team is unavailable, we name the substitute crew in advance.

What if I want extras like inside the oven or fridge?

Those are deep cleaning tasks, not part of standard recurring. Most customers do a deep clean as the first visit, then transition to recurring at the standard rate.

Do you bring supplies?

Yes. Microfiber cloths, vacuums with HEPA filtration, mops, ladders, and our standard cleaning solutions. We can match specific products you prefer (fragrance-free, pet-safe, eco-certified) if you tell us in the estimate.

Can I cancel if I'm unhappy?

Yes. We don't use contracts. You can pause, change frequency, or stop service entirely with 24 hours notice. The 100% satisfaction guarantee means we re-clean for free first.

How much does Spokane house cleaning cost?

Recurring cleaning starts at $149 per visit for a typical 2 bed / 2 bath. Final price depends on square footage, bathrooms, pets, and frequency. The bi-weekly cadence is our reference rate. See full pricing for the breakdown.
