We've refined this policy across 23 years of customer feedback. It's short on purpose: the moment we add caveats is the moment a guarantee stops being worth printing.

Tell us within 48 hours.
If anything in the clean isn't right, call (509) 323-7587 or email info@housecleaningspokane.com within 48 hours of the visit. That's the window where we can credibly know our crew was the last team in the home.

We come back, no charge.
We re-schedule the affected area within 48 hours of your call (often same-day). The same crew comes back, addresses what was flagged, and re-confirms it with you.

No paperwork, no rebooking fee.
We don't make you fill out a form. We don't add a charge for the second visit. We don't ask for a written explanation. Tell us what wasn't right; we fix it.

If we still can't make it right.
After a re-clean, if you're still not satisfied, we refund the visit in full. This is rare, it has happened a handful of times in 23 years, but it's the policy in writing.
What the guarantee covers, and what it doesn't
A guarantee's only as good as its honesty about edges.
Covered: any cleaning task included in the agreed scope of your visit. If our crew missed a bathroom, didn't finish the kitchen, or left a surface streaked, that's on us. We re-clean it free.
Not covered: tasks we didn't agree to do. If a deep clean didn't include the inside of the oven (because the scope was confirmed without it), we won't come back to do the oven for free. We'll quote the add-on.
Not covered: issues that aren't cleaning issues. If a faucet was already loose, a tile was already chipped, or carpet was already stained from years of wear, the re-clean won't fix it, and pretending otherwise would be dishonest.
Always covered: liability. If our crew accidentally damages property during the clean, our insurance handles repair or replacement. The guarantee is about cleaning quality; the insurance is about everything else.
