Where we serve
Across Spokane and the suburbs.
I switched from a national chain after years of getting a different maid every visit. Frontline assigns the same team every time. The difference in quality is night and day. They actually know our home.

Maid service · FAQ
Spokane maid service questions, answered.
What's the difference between maid service and house cleaning?
They overlap heavily. The practical difference is the relationship. Maid service implies a single point of contact, a consistent assigned team, and a longer-term recurring schedule. House cleaning can be one-time or recurring. We deliver both with the same crew model.
Will I have the same maid every time?
Yes. Our standard model is the same 2-person assigned team for every visit. The team learns your home over months and years; that's how we deliver consistency without rotating strangers through your house.
How often do most Spokane customers schedule?
Bi-weekly is the most common cadence. Weekly is a small premium for tight-schedule households (often with pets and kids); monthly is more work per visit at a slightly higher rate.
Are your maids licensed and insured?
Yes. Frontline carries Washington state business licensing, full general liability insurance, and fidelity bonds on every employee. We're happy to send proof before your first visit.
Do I have to be home?
No. Most recurring customers give us a key, alarm code, or garage code, whatever they prefer. The same assigned crew handles access on every visit.
Can I add or skip a visit without penalty?
Yes. With 24 hours notice you can skip, reschedule, or add an extra visit. We don't use contracts and we don't charge cancellation fees inside that window.
Do your maids bring supplies?
Yes. All supplies, equipment, and HEPA-filter vacuums are brought by the crew. We can match preferred products (eco-certified, fragrance-free, pet-safe) on request.
How do tips work?
Not expected, always appreciated. Tips go directly to the crew, not the company. Many customers tip $5–$20 per visit; some prefer a holiday tip once or twice a year.
